1-Year Product Guarantee:
Our products come with a one-year guarantee from the purchase date, covering material and workmanship defects. This excludes damages caused by misuse or during delivery, and does not apply to accessories or bonus gifts, unless specified.

Damaged Upon Arrival (DUA):
For items damaged or malfunctioning on first use, report the issue immediately with photo or video evidence. Claims made beyond the guarantee period or without proper authorization may incur extra charges or be declined.

Component Discrepancies:
If a part is missing, please check all packaging thoroughly. Contact us immediately for assistance if the missing item is not found.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds or exchanges are processed within two business days. No refunds or exchanges for misused, mishandled, or incorrectly installed products. Compliance with the manufacturer's guidelines is the customer's responsibility.

Return Procedures:
Contact us directly to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Securely package the product in its original packaging, label the package with the RMA number, and follow our shipping instructions. Except for manufacturing defects or in-transit damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Reimbursement:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2-10 business days after processing the return. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damages.
