Our goal is to provide you with products that exceed your expectations. However, if you need to return an item, below is our return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be in their original condition, including all original packaging and accessories, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Customized or personalized products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer.service@aussieezylife.com.au to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Securely pack the product, ensuring all original packaging and accessories are included.
  3. Clearly label the outside of the package with the RMA number.
  4. Ship the package using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a service that provides tracking.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. Please retain your shipping receipt until the return has been processed.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2-10 business days of receiving the returned item, and will be issued back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged during the original shipment.
  • Any returns without a valid RMA number, or that do not meet the eligibility requirements, may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
